An Executive Footprint is a contribution to your environment or to the society at large that is very personal and lasting. It is:

How does it work?

  • The first step is to make an appointment with one of our advisors. During this first interview we will listen to your story. Together you can explore your ideas, dreams, thoughts, wishes and constraints
  • After the first session, we will create a short-list of rough suggestions that we take to you in a second session. If one of the suggestions is appealing to you, we will work it out and discuss it in more detail in a third session. If this is not the case, we will discuss with you the options to develop other suggestions.
  • When an idea has been selected, we will work it out and will present to you a detailed plan. This phase involves research, possibly including your own environment and/or organisation. Of course,this will be done only with your full consent and in a discrete way. This pre-project phase will be charged on a hour-based fee.

Execution of the plan

Our involvement will be charged based on a fixed price and/or, when appropriate, a success fee. We will do the project management, take care of and/or support with internal and external communication, mobilise networks, etc. You can focus on what you want to contribute, on your dream!
